Overview

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT/Trust) was settled by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited as an irrevocable trust set up pursuant to the Trust Deed, under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882.

The Trust was registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) on January 7, 2021 as an infrastructure investment trust under Regulation 3(1) of the InvIT Regulations having registration number IN/InvIT/20-21/0016.

The units of the Trust are listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.
